The Writers’ Retreat UK Monday Writer’s Group has met for its third time, now. Delivered remotely via Zoom, the group starts at 19:30 (BST) and runs for 90 minutes. The group was set up to bring writers together during lockdown but it is clear that the format is working well and it will be continued, into the future, as a benefit for our subscription members.
The group runs every 3 weeks. Members submit their story in advance and these are shared. On the night, stories are read out by the authors and feedback given. The group is a positive and safe place for writers to share their works and be sure of constructive feedback.
With the success of this first group, Writers’ Retreat UK is now preparing to schedule more groups once our new monthly subscription model is in place (coming shortly).
