This workshop will teach you the complete creative process of writing a screenplay, from getting your ideas down, to script-editing. And you’ll be surrounded by the beautiful Yorkshire countryside for inspiration. Under the guidance of award-winning screenwriter, Sara Bodinar, you will:

• Write a 5-10 minute screenplay that you can either submit to producers, or take home and develop.
• You’ll find out what aspects of a script excites A-list actors and decision-makers.
• Get insider tips on how to pitch your project once you’ve written it
• Constructive feedback on your ideas in a supportive, nurturing environment
• Have fun and meet future friends and collaborators
• Treat yourself to having the space and time to write the story you’ve been desperate to tell.

This workshop is suitable for writers at all stages of their writing journey. No experience is necessary. Simply bring your passion for getting a story down on paper. 10am-5pm it costs just £45 and that includes lunch.
